Would $250/month help me survive in Haifa?

I am an international student. I got a full ride at a university in Haifa. I will live with 5 people in an apartment on the campus, and will be jointly responsible for paying for the electricity bills. I guess I won't be using the internet more than 2 hours a day. I believe I won't be travelling that much. I just want 3 decent meals a day. Can somebody please give me a rough estimate as to how much is it going to cost me to live there? I will cut my expenses as far as practicable.
