Last summer I exercised almost everyday for hours to look good and to be what one would call "gorgeous". It made me absolutely miserable but I accomplished it very well and it made me very mentally strong which still hasn't worn off which is why I think God had me do it. Now I just do fun exercise like martial arts, swimming, and hikes but I still occasionally run and lift. I also still eat incredibly healthy. I agree with what you're saying, me and you sound a lot alike. By the way what martial arts do you do? I do BJJ =]
