Lgbt- What would you do?

Ok there was this guy in my summer school cl right. We spent a lot of time together in summer school he is Bi and I am Gay. I felt so close to him so i asked him if we could go out it took him a long time to answer he answered yes and he has been gone lately. So i went onto his myspace page and put our names together with the date that said he said yes and I get an email saying WHAT THE HEL! I was shocked and hurt when i saw that. I blocked him and unblocked him when that happened and now he is off my page. I feel really crushed and idk what to do what would you do about this?
