For the Las Vegas Academy (LVA) Audition, what should I do to get full points?

I'm trying to audition for LVA Tech Theatre. I didn't get in last year. Please tell me what the scoresheet is based on. I.E. Being extra early. && What are the best things I should build for tech theatre. I already have built a bookcase. But maybe theres a better, more interesting projects?
