I need to fix the cable connection on my tv?

so earlier today it broke off. the little thing that a cable line would connect to. i was wondering if anyone knew how i could fix it? like i can almost fix it, but the picture is still snowy looking. so i was wondering if anyone could give me instructions on how to fix it. or about how much it would cost to get something small like that repaired.
