How can i report a pedi clinic that has a full staff and they are not certified but are giving meds to kids.?

I found out that the pediatric clinic that i take my child to has a full staff of fake nurses and medical istance some have never even work in a hospital or clinic one of the staff member even calls in prescriptions to the pharmacy without a doctors authorization. Apparently from what i found out from one of the staff member the doctor told her that as long as she working under his authorization is fine to give meds and vacines because the state of florida allows it.
