Where can you get push up bra's or uplift bras for kids at the age of 12- 13 ? And do they work?

I have a daughter that's always complaing that her freind got one and it gave her and im freinds with my daughter so i want to make her happy by buying her a couple ? Do they work? Do they show atleast a little ? And how much do they cost! Thanks!
