That is great that you are caring about your brother! If you really want "that" blanket because it was given to you for your wedding ask for it back and you will give him a new one. If you don't mind getting a new blanket then that would probably be the easiest solution. But I'm sure your brother would understand that you would like your wedding gift back and that you would be happy to get him another one. It seems like you guys have a good relationship and I'm sure he wouldn't mind giving it back in return for a new one. Good luck!
