Theists: Question on Kosher diet?

Kosher: bled to death, blessed by a Rabbi, when talking about beef no cuts from the hindquarter. The food in grocery stores is not any better than any other food. When I worked in a beef processing plant, they had a Rabbi come in and bless the forequarters, while they were hanging about 500 at a time
