Need help with a speeding ticket from manitoba?

I got this speeding ticket, and on the ticket it says if I show up to pay I can ask for more time. It says I can pay by phone, but nothing about asking for more time by phone, Is there a number I can call to ask for more time, I cant show up to pay because there is no where around here to pay in person, and I dont have the money to pay so I need more time, but i dont kow how to ask, it doesnt say there is a number I can phone
