Have you ever saved someones life or saved them from getting badly injured?

I have, i saved my, at the time, 5 year old cousin from getting a concrete paving slab fall on her head however it hit me instead and I had stitches in my head. I was about 8. Another time, me mum bro sis and nan went to a privat swimming so we was only ones there and no lifeguard. My sis couldn't swim wivout armbands but she was sitting on the steps where nobody was watching her cos they were playing wi mi bro. I was just swimming along the bottom and I came up for air and looked at the steps and sis was gone. I looked towards mum an them but she wasn't there. she was in the water without her armbands and kicking her legs like billio and trying to shout but she was just sinking. I got over as quick as I could and swept her up onto the side. She was crying and exhausted and shaking. My mum still hadn't noticed anything until I shouted them angrily. But yeah, If I was over with them at the tine, it could have been a different story. Anyway let's hear some of your stories!;)
