Any Doctors in the House to help me out with the latest episode??

I understand how the exposure to a male ual enhancement treatment would cause hyperuality and increased aggression in the young boy. I also understand how it would cause some early puberty "symptoms" in the little girl, such as hair growth and perhaps even the cysts. But how is it possible that it caused early menstruation in the little girl. Everything I know about testosterone in girls suggests that it would IMPEDE menstruation. And how does this diagnosis explain the multiple strokes and other apparent accelerated aging symptoms. I think it was a weak episode medically...but still entertaining. Unless I'm missing something. Any MDs out there?
