Amanda Holden BGT week 1?

Does anyone please know where on earth Amanda Holden got the grey / blue top she wore on Week one of the auditions for Britain's Got Talent. Have been searching on Internet for days. She wore it with a black pencil skirt and high heels. I cannot find it anywhere. Please can anyone help.
