Am i having problems with my gallbladder or is it gallstones?

ok, 24 hrs ago i had breakfest,and 20 min. later when i stood up, i was in severe pain, i could walk but not bend over, i could breathe ok if i layed down on my stomach. well it moved from my stomach area to my right side down my ribs and stopped on my back right next to my side and ribs. it only hurts now when i lay down or am still for a good while and when i stand up it hurts like crazy just for a min. or when i stretch my right. side. could this be gallbladder related or a muscle problem. it has lasted for more than 24 hours.now.oh when i get up the pain shoots up to um upper abd.
